Viewings can be arranged by appointment. Typically we have our auctions laid out ready for viewing two weeks ahead of the sale and we would prefer you to view lots in person. We only accept payments by BACS, SAGEPAY and UK Debit Cards, unless stated otherwise. Details can be found below.

All winning bidders will be posted an invoice a few days after the sale, the invoice will include postage and shipping charges. Please contact us with your payment upon receipt of invoice. Please note Special Auction Services do not accept credit card payments, you can pay by debit card or bank transfer

Special Auction Services can pack and send consignments and whilst every effort will be made to ensure items are properly packed and, where possible, insurance taken by the service provider, no responsibility can be accepted by Special Auction Services or their staff or agents for any loss or damage howsoever arising. Safe transit of purchases by hand, courier or shipper is at the sole risk of the purchaser. For overseas shipments quotes can be provided.
