Before making a bid 

Intending Buyers are expected to have read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound, in all aspects, by the Auctioneers’ Conditions of Sale and Glossary of Terms, displayed in the Auction Rooms and posted on the wesite

but in the event of doubt, please contact the office and a Director will assist in clarifying any queries in particular, please note 

1.    All items must be paid for and collected by 11:30am Saturday 11 January

2.    Each lot is subject to the levy of a Buyer’s Premium at the rate of 20% plus VAT thereon 

3.    Cheques are not accepted , and at this time we are unable to accept cash. Settlement can be made in person by the cardholder only, by Credit card, Debit card or Bank Transfer.  For security reasons, payment can not always be accepted by telephone or e-mail 

4.    The Auctioneers do not undertake the dispatch of purchases – but packing, transport and storage facilities are available through Clarks of Amersham 0044 1494 774186 or the local Mailboxes 0044 1494 769427
